Jessica Dolan works onsite at 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment. She is responsible for managing the new release Blu-ray and DVD operations for home entertainment. She creates the tech specs detailing how the Blu-rays and DVDs will be set up including programming instructions and localization specifications. She keeps projects on schedule, communicates with vendors, and solves problems as they arise. She also creates and maintains the budgets for each new release project. She has worked on high profile projects such as Avatar, Prometheus, and Life of Pi.
Jessica Dolan managed the overall operations of the cafe. She hired the employees, trained the employees to meet Starbucks standards, scheduled the employees' work hours, ordered products, communicated with vendors, sustained store equipment maintenance, monitored the inventory, maintained the budget, met store performance goals, and helped her team of employees develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and each other.
